Located approximately 50 nautical miles west of Pueblo Memorial Airport and 55 nautical miles southwest of Colorado Springs Municipal Airport, Westcliffe is a small town that offers genuine old west atmosphere and hospitality. Westcliffe was built in the late 1800s as the end-of-the-line for the Denver and Rio Grande Railroad to harvest the rich silver and gold deposits found in the area and many remnants of that ancestry exist to this day.
